Order Information

Blue Moon Herbals is committed to protecting your privacy. Orders placed with us on-line are through our secure server. The secure server encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

You can order with us by any of the following options:

• Online using our secure shopping cart. The process is as simple as clicking on the Add To Cart buttons located next to each individual item. Sales Tax of 7% is required only for orders placed by New Jersey residents & 6% for Pennsylvania residents.
• Call our toll free line (877) 596-1772, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You'll reach our voice mail and can either order there (please be prepared to leave your name, shipping and billing addresses if different, phone number, credit card info (including name on card, number and expiration date), and your order including items and quantity.), or leave a message and we will call you back.
• Mail: create your order in our shopping cart, print it out and enclose your credit card info, check or money order. Mail to us at:

We have clients in every continent. International shipping normally runs anywhere from $25.00 - $30.00 USD for insured packages. The customer is also responsible for getting the package through customs, and any taxes or duties that may apply.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or Money Orders, Personal or Certified Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $25.00 fee as charged by our bank.

Shipping Information
We do most of our shipping through the USPS with Delivery Confirmation, but offer other methods upon request.

In our ongoing effort to ease the soaring shipping costs for our customers and clients, we have made some changes in procedure here at Blue Moon. Effective immediately, our shopping cart will no longer calculate shipping fees. Instead, we will pack and weigh your items, charging you only the exact cost of shipping. You will receive an e-mail notification that will include tracking link plus the revised total, which includes the exact cost of shipping your packed and weighed items. We reserve the right to charge the full shipping cost to your order.

It will take anywhere from 3-10 days for your order to arrive. Clients ordering custom potions will be advised as to when they can expect their aromatics. If you require faster service, please let us know. We always strive for customer satisfaction and make every effort to maintain a large supply of stock, however, sometimes we do run out of things. When this happens, we will contact you to determine if we can substitute or if you wish an "open" order left for the missing item. In no case would we hold up an order for an out of stock item, unless we are requested by you, the customer to do so.

During peak season (ie. Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day, Winter Holidays (late October and Thanksgiving thru Christmas, etc.) processing time can be as long as 7 - 10 business days. During these busy times, USPS and UPS can also take longer to get your parcels to you, so please plan accordingly.

Handling charge:
In an effort to save a tree here and there, we use and recycle all of the shipping materials we receive as well as collecting from people and businesses in our neighborhood. It is very likely that your package may arrive in used boxes packed with reused "peanuts", used bubble wrap and crumpled paper. If possible, please take any of the packaging you will not reuse to your local recycling center. A handling fee of $2.00 will be charged to each order based on the materials needed to pack each order properly.

Return Policy
We stand behind our products and strive to keep our clients and customers completely satisfied. However for the obvious sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on oils and blended items. If you need to return one of the non-handmade items we sell, please call for an authorization number first. (You are responsible for all shipping costs.). In the event of missing or damaged items, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt. Be assured we will replace items damaged during shipping and also accept returns for items shipped incorrectly.

For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below:

• Contact Blue Moon Herbals within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to make a return

• Pack the items securely and send the package parcel post with insurance. This protects both of us, as we cannot offer a refund if items are damaged due to improper packaging

You may inquire via e-mail, or by calling our Toll Free Line at 1-877-596-1772. Please provide me with some information about your business, name, contacts, years in business, and Federal Tax or Resale ID #. We are always seeking new stores to carry our wonderful products.

Requesting Free Samples
I love free samples and wish I could continue this practice. However, with so many requests, I seem to find myself these days spending far too much time on packing and with rising shipping rates, it has become costly. So, here goes. Upon request, we will continue to provide a free sample or 2 providing the request is sent with an order. Our new sample charge is minimal- $2.50 for the first sample and $1.00 for each additional one (shipping included).

Recycling
You may receive a shipment from us in a reused cardboard box, packed with recycled bubble wrap and recycled packing peanuts. We try to keep the natural environment clean! It keeps costs down for us, and thus for you too

Security
Blue Moon Herbals collects credit card information via 128-bit SSL encryption. 128-bit SSL is a very powerful encryption protocol. We use it to encrypt your information before it is transmitted to our store ensuring that it is not intercepted during the transmission. As soon as we retrieve your order, credit card information is immediately deleted from our server.

Privacy Concerns
Blue Moon's Policy- We simply never disclose, share, sell or give out any of the information we collect about you our valued customers and clients. All payment information entered through this website is done so through a secure server.
